Technical Lead

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java SE and Java EE.
Implement backend services and APIs for web/mobile platforms.
Work with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
Conduct architectural reviews and optimize performance/scalability.
Implement security best practices and guide system modernization efforts including COBOL migrations.
Collaborate with product managers, BAs, and developers to document and deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead and mentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

🧠 Key Competencies & Skills:
Proficiency in Java (SE & EE), OOP, and design patterns
RESTful/SOAP web services, Maven/Gradle, Git
Relational DBs like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
Exposure to front-end tech like Angular, React, HTML/CSS
Multi-threading, concurrency, and testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito
