Skill: Angular Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v13+).
Solid understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with RxJS, NgRx (or other state management libraries), and modular architecture.
Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and developers, to improve system functionality.
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular.
Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Review and optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure high code quality through automated tests, documentation, and adherence to standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in Angular and front-end development.
