We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with deep expertise in Finastra’s Loan IQ solution to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end technical management of the Loan IQ platform, including software deployment, SDK development, licensing, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on technical expertise, and familiarity with Loan Agency business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan IQ Technical Ownership:
- Manage Finastra Loan IQ software, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Handle SDK development, license management, and module installations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary liaison with Finastra’s technical support.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Software & Infrastructure Management:
- Utilize software packaging tools (NuGet, NPM) for deployment and version control.
- Manage source code using GitLab or similar SCM tools.
- Implement and monitor logs using SIEM tools (Splunk) and log management platforms (ELK Stack).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or YAML.
- Business & Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align Loan IQ functionality with Loan Agency operations.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users as needed.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
✅ Finastra Loan IQ Expertise – Hands-on experience with installation, upgrades, SDK, licensing, and troubleshooting.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills – Must articulate technical concepts clearly (verbal & written).
✅ Hybrid Work Model – Must be willing to work onsite in Wilmington, DE.
✅ US Work Authorization – No visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
