Preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance
Management area

  • Knowledge of application tiers
  • Understanding of IT Operations (IT Infrastructure and Application operations)
  • Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer handling etiquettes
  • Experience on any APM tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Applications using Application Performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace
  • Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM Product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis.
  • Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of alerts.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the deployments.
  • Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points.
