• OutSystems – Responsibilities
• Incident Resolution: Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
• Apply code fixes or patches to address incidents
• Perform Unit Testing on fixture.
• Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other team members to resolve incidents efficiently.
• SR Implementation: Implement requested features or changes based on SR requirements.
• Integrate new functionalities into existing systems.
• Document changes and updates for future reference.
