Job Description:
· 15+ Years experience in administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platforms. 5+ years in leadership role.
· Experience in ensuring platform reliability, performance, and compliance while managing a team of administrators and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Hands on Expertise on below Platform Admin skills (3 or more)
· Experience in leading Onsite and Offshore Platform Admin Teams
· Flexible to work in shifts
· Should be able to guide teams, as needed
· Should be eager to implement automation solutions, optimizations, and performance improvements.
· Should believe in processes and improve them as required
· Manage installation, configuration, and optimization of platforms.
· Ensure efficient operations and support for all platforms
· Collaborate with teams to integrate platforms with business processes.
· Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
· Resolve platform issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor platform performance and provide regular updates.
· Strong understanding of DevOps and automation tools.
· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Informatica, GCP, Tableau) preferred.
· Strategic thinking, teamwork, process optimization, adaptability, and quick learner of new technologies.
