Technical Delivery Lead(.NET OR JAVA)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of complex Java or .NET software projects from initiation to deployment.
Required Qualifications:
·        10+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or delivery lead role.
·        Strong hands-on experience with either Java (Spring, Spring Boot) or .NET (.Net Core, Asp.Net) platforms.
·        In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, Microservices, REST APIs, and system integration.
·        Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing complex software projects.
·        Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Aws, Azure, Or Gcp), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Proficient with source control, build tools, issue tracking, and project management tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Azure
