Technical CRM Analyst with Dynamics CRM

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative involving the consolidation of multiple CRM and PSA platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong mix of technical acumen, cross-functional coordination, and strategic business analysis. You will be a key player in defining, managing, and executing the data migration strategy in close partnership with internal stakeholders and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders across departments to define and validate data selection criteria, ensuring alignment with operational goals and Dynamics 365 requirements.
- Data Query & Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams to obtain data queries, and thoroughly document extraction logic, business rules, and transformation requirements.
- Resource Assignment & Oversight: Assign data extraction tasks to internal and external system experts (e.g., Salesforce, Kantata) and ensure timely execution.
- Data Staging Management: Monitor the successful loading of extracted data into SQL staging environments, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues as needed.
- Cross-Team Communication: Act as the central liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors, facilitating smooth and timely data handoffs.
- Iteration & Quality Improvement: Lead the rework process to refine data accuracy and completeness based on test results and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in data migration analysis, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics
- Hands-on experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Resource Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles.
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
- Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Experience with Kingswaysoft
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Data Services is a plus
