Key Responsibilities

Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of content with business goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative content strategies.
4️⃣ Content Management
Manage and update content across multiple platforms, including websites and internal documentation tools.
Maintain a consistent tone and style aligned with the company’s brand identity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field. - Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IT, software, and telecommunications concepts is a plus. - Content Writing Skills:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Tools and Technologies:
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems (CMS). Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or technical writing software is a bonus. - Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
