Technical Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Developer with a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content, including technical documentation, training materials, and interactive click-through demos using advanced product demo software.

The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to craft content that bridges technical concepts and practical applications Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive technical content, such as training materials, guides, and tutorials focused on Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.
Create interactive, click-through product demos using tools like Storylane, Navattic, Demoboost, or similar software.
Design visually appealing and technically accurate workflows, diagrams, and simulations to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and instructional designers to gather technical insights and ensure content accuracy.
Ensure all content aligns with branding, technical standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Update and maintain content based on product updates and new releases.
Test and optimize click-through demos to ensure smooth user experiences and high engagement Qualifications :
Proven experience in technical content development, especially for Microsoft Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
Hands-on experience with product demo tools like Storylane, Navattic, or Demoboost.
Strong technical writing skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and Qualifications :
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals).
Experience with additional content development tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate 360.
Knowledge of software development processes and programming basics to enhance technical accuracy
