We have a fantastic 12+ month remote contract opportunity with Cognizant, supporting MGM Resorts. We need someone with 5+ years of experience who can confidently lead data and metadata migration strategies from Coupa to Ironclad, configure the platform, utilize its API, and ensure data integrity. Why This Role Rocks:
Lead the charge on significant Coupa to Ironclad CLM data and metadata migration strategies.
Deep dive into mapping contract objects, metadata, workflows, and obligations across systems.
Configure Ironclad to support migrated templates, clause libraries, and approval flows.
Develop and execute robust ETL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Ensure impeccable data integrity, auditability, and compliance throughout the migration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements and post-migration success.
Support integration design between Ironclad and other enterprise systems (like ERP, SSO, eSignature).
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years in enterprise software consulting with a focus on CLM platforms.
Expertise in Ironclad configuration, Ironclad API usage, and Ironclad data structure.
Strong knowledge of contract data taxonomy and legal workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Deep knowledge of the Coupa CLM platform.
Strong DataMigration experience.
