Description

  • Gather and analyze curriculum environment requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud products from instructional designers and instructors.
  • Implement and configure development environments for Adobe Experience Cloud products ensuring proper configuration, account setup, website functionality, data ingestion and integrity, and integrations with other Adobe and third-party applications. ​
  • Document technical requirements for new trainings, configuration and data ingestion and other required processes, and basic troubleshooting guidelines. ​
  • Define and maintain data and reference websites for environments. ​
  • Manage and maintain development environments for the existing trainings.
  • Support Instructional Designers in troubleshooting issues related to training environment configuration, accounts, websites, data, and integrations for courses under development. ​
  • Create and maintain API calls and Git code required for environments & labs. ​
  • Provide updates on environment-related statuses, issues, and support requirements. ​
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructors, Product Team, and Customer Care team) ​ to monitor the status of production and development environments within your area of responsibility.
  • Communicate the status and support required to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and automation scripts for testing course labs, as needed. ​
  • Act as second-level support for classroom issues and assist the production team

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in working with operating systems, including Windows, Mac,
    and Linux.
  • Experience working with virtual desktop environments, such as VMWare or Azure Lab Services.
  • Strong knowledge of web programming languages and tools, including
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and GitHub.
  • Scripting expertise in Python, PHP, and Bash.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP,
    RESTful APIs, servers, AWS, and Azure. ​
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Wiki, GitHub, and ServiceNow. ​
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium. ​

Education

  • Bachelor's/Advanced degree in Computer Science/IT related subjects with 4- 5 years’ experience in a software environment
