The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with insurance clients to implement and enhance the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS). This role bridges technical configuration and business analysis, requiring expertise in understanding insurance processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
> 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and FAST platform configuration for Life and Annuity implementations.
> Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
> Strong SQL and PostgreSQL query skills, with proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
> Experience with TortoiseSVN for version control and source code management.
> Deep understanding of insurance operations and Life and Annuity products.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
> Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
