Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements, tolling and non-tolling, into technical specifications. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Development and Operations teams, ensuring the successful development and implementation of the UBOS while ensuring it meets our customers' needs. The Sr/Lead level leaders can lead technical teams during Business Process re-engineering through development and ultimately to deployment and post-deployment support and continued enhancement.

Technical Areas include:
Account Management
All aspects related to tolling and non-tolling (over-dimensional permits, disabled vehicles, etc.) account opening, maintenance, and closing via all channels.
Qualifications:
TBA positions require demonstrated experience in at least five (5), ideally more, of the Technical Areas noted above.
Sr. TBA positions require demonstrated experience in at least seven (7), ideally more, of the Technical Areas noted above.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business/System Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Figma).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AzureDevOps) is a plus
