Mandatory skills:
• Certified Azure architect
• Extensive Cloverleaf and other relevant middleware experience
• Extensive TCL scripting experience
• Extensive HL7 v2 experience - certification preferred
• Extensive HL7 FHIR experience – certification preferred
• Experience integrating with various EHR FHIR servers
• Experience implementing PACS integration
• Experience implementing DICOM (single image, multi-part images, bulk, Zip, fileformats) Ingress, Ingestion of Metadata, Patient mapping, egress
• Experience in working with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno
• 7+ years’ experience in Microservices solution on Azure cloud and has led the definition, and implementation of an architecture road map
• Must have at least 7+ years of experience understand various components and migrating applications to Azure Cloud
• Should have led atleast one or two digital transformation projects end to end- preferably in medical domain
• Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications, migrating monolithic code to microservices, performance tuning and application monitoring
• Bachelor’s degree, or advance degree in Computer Science, or MS

• Experience in Health Care industry and medical domain experience
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR) and familiarity with common healthcare applications, medical devices, EMR and interoperability standards (HL7, USCDI, FHIR, DICOM) and OMOP CMD.
• Expert understanding of Azure/AWS services and their application in Life sciences environments.
• Experience with designing and deploying secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions for healthcare workloads.
• Strong understanding of networking (OKTA, OAuth2.0, TLS1.2, Entra ID), security (APIM, SPN, RBAC), and experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Terraform scripts and automation tools.
• Expert level understanding of data strategies & data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh and Data Fabric), modern software engineering best practices and the capabilities of cloud-based platforms.
• Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, Data Warehouses (Redshift, etc.), data modeling, and data engineering practices.
