Description

5. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, U.S. citizenship, CTA certification or equivalent, deep knowledge of ServiceNow implementation best practices and architecture, experience with designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions
6. Duties: Work across various teams during design and implementation of solutions, provide technical expertise, develop relationships with customer site leaders, translate goals into customer product adoption roadmaps, translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, manage technical governance, conduct ongoing health assessments, contribute to leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
7. Certifications Required: Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (One in SPM - Strategic Portfolio Management)
8. Skills Required: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ability to guide teams across multiple engagements, hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow products and workflows
9. Desired Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, strong background in ServiceNow solutions and governance, US Citizen, deep knowledge of ServiceNow implementation best practices, scalability, and governance, currently certified CTA certification or equivalent
