  • Managing all facets of testing: functional and non-functional (load, stress, failure, static code analysis).
  • Providing strategic leadership in test design, execution and providing key project deliverables.
  • Mentoring and training the team on methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Partnering with project stakeholders for day-to-day planning, brainstorming and execution.
  • Leading clients change programs from a Test perspective, covering test strategy through to test delivery.
  • Exposure to test automation/automation testing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with the different teams
