1. Communicate with stakeholders to understand technology needs to implement identified business need / requirement / User story

2. Coordinate with developers and exhibit hands-on experience, to build technology solution against requirement 

3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in integrating systems across application landscape using APIs

4. Programming skills using C# and or Java

5. Experience working the some of these frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, Quarkus ,Angular and React,

6. Experience working with database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

7. DevOps skills using Jenkins, AWS Suite of DevOps tools

8. Bring issue triaging and resolution experience for quicker turnaround

9. Up-skill and mentoring team on technological topics

10. Oversee progress of technical tasks in Agile scrum teams
