We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and administration, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring best practices are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, and assess their applicability to the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation processes.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • In depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ServiceNow architecture and administration.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
