Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers and the Service Provider Development team to bridge the gap between technical stakeholders.
  • Engage in the design hand-over process from the customer.
  • Assist in estimating builds for product backlog items.
  • Support the team in developing complex user stories and provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM from a technological standpoint.
  • Actively participate in creating and reviewing conceptual and detailed designs, as well as estimations.
  • Oversee the technical design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Offer expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools for development areas like integration and migration, contributing to configurations and customizations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, with a track record of successfully delivering CRM solutions.
  • Customize applications using JavaScript, plugins, and other tools.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
  • Experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas).
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, and plugins.
