Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM from a technological standpoint.
Actively participate in creating and reviewing conceptual and detailed designs, as well as estimations.
Oversee the technical design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Offer expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools for development areas like integration and migration, contributing to configurations and customizations.
Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, with a track record of successfully delivering CRM solutions.
Customize applications using JavaScript, plugins, and other tools.
Skills:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
Experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas).
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, and plugins.
