Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Design and architect scalable BI and data warehousing solutions that meet business requirements.
Hands-On Development: Lead by example with hands-on development and implementation of BI tools and data warehousing solutions.
Technical Strategy: Define and implement best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of data solutions.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our BI and data warehousing capabilities.

Mandatory Qualifications for the role:

Experience: 10+ years in BI and data warehousing, with a strong background in technical architecture.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data warehousing platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake), ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend), and data modeling.
Hands-On Skills: Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
