Summary / Role Purpose

The Technical Analyst will implement and support the Success Factors HR global system. This role is responsible for Integrations between Success Factors and other business and IT systems. In this role, the analyst must be able to interact with business teams and have knowledge in different HR functional areas. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage integration between SuccessFactors and other cloud-based products and other on-premise solutions 
  • Implement prepackaged integrations and SAP CPI Custom to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with different systems
  • CPI Integration Expert- in developing custom process integrations and I-flow
  • Provide technical support to Success Factors upgrades and support integration within SF Platform 
  • Debug I-flows and capture logs to data stores
  • Partner with the internal HR team to develop solutions to best meet their needs as well as meet project deadlines

 

  • Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Requires minimum of 5 years’ experience with Success Factors platform and At Least 2 years on CPI Integration 
  • Experience in creating integration between SuccessFactors and other cloud-based products and on-premise solutions
  • Ability to identify and understand problems and/or issues and develop solutions
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Relevant industry knowledge of widely used systems and subsystems
  • Ability to manage sub-project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
  • Ability to multitask, manage, and support multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to mid-level management
  • Experience in GROOVY scripting or Java Scripting
  • Strong knowledge in using SuccessFactors, SOAP, ODATA, SFTP and LDAP Adapters
  • Experience in setting up Key store, generating SSL certificates and SSH Tokens
  • Understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in developing integrations between ADP and SuccessFactors globally is a plus
  • Experience with Developing integration using Integration Center in Employee Central Module is a plus
