- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and operating systems, including researching, testing, and communicating solutions
- Escalate issues appropriately to other Technology Services teams when necessary
- Analyze system impacts and propose process or application changes, including updates to file layouts and web services
- Extract and analyze data using basic to complex SQL queries to support issue resolution, solution development, and testing
- Debug Java applications to identify root causes and recommend solutions, collaborating with development teams for implementation
- Create and document test cases to support development and ensure quality assurance
Required Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance enhancement
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Basic understanding of web services (REST or SOAP)
- Ability to assess software changes and determine system impacts
- Experience with incident management and support ticketing systems
