Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product design, development, enhancements, integration, and testing to ensure timely delivery. Designs, implements, manages, and enhances products throughout their lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes, product notes, department operating manuals, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary approvals as applicable.
• Manage projects or support project leads in all aspects of project management and delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks across various teams.
• Support change management initiatives, focusing on execution and sustainment activities.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service in all tasks.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UATs) for new iterations of existing product features.
• Provide business data to relevant stakeholders.
• Understand regulatory requirements and product risk profiles, coordinating with compliance and risk management teams to ensure development and implementation of adequate processes and controls.
