Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients; business goals and technical requirements, aligning them with our solutions and services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects using agile methodologies.
  • Possess a deep understanding of our products and services, providing technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to advise clients on optimal technical solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address technical issues, working closely with both clients and internal technical teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
  • Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their future technical needs and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.


Requirement:

  • 9-12 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and client
  • relationships.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • With a strong background in embedded systems to support our automotive clients
