Job Title: Technical Account Manager 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan 

Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT/ Engineering/ Software Development 

Work Model- Hybrid (4 days WFO & 1 Day WFH in a week) 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term engagement. 

● Value Optimization: Assist clients in maximizing the value of our services by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. 

● Technical Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams on current projects, upcoming projects, and other related matters. 

● Issue Resolution: Monitor client metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems. 

● Technical Partnership Management: Nurture relationships with technical partners, coordinating successful integrations while identifying opportunities for mutual growth. 

● Growth Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion, both within existing accounts and through partnerships, and contribute to generating revenue. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

● 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role 

● Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions. 

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously 

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, networking, and/or enterprise software is a plus. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

● Confident in leading discussions with customers to drive resolution and alignment toward proactive and preventive improvements to processes and mechanisms 

● Working knowledge of leading project management methodologies 

● Technical aptitude for both emerging technologies and legacy support models

● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

 ● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
