  • Ability to multitask and work on several open requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline for various skill sets
  • Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in applicant tracking system
  • Utilizing various social media outlets and job boards to find and attract passive candidates to include LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice
