About the team:
Flipkart's Fulfilment Services Group (FSG) is responsible for providing the software technology solutions and tech innovations to ensure smooth running of Flipkart's warehouse and logistics operations. It involves a complex set of systems that interact with each other to provide an efficient product suite for Flipkart's operations team and a seamless fulfillment experience for Flipkart's customers.

You are Responsible for:
You will be expected to work with an agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain engineering solutions and applications.
As a tech lead you will be managing a team of UI developers working on systems that need to meet the scale at which Flipkart operates.
Project deliveries will need to meet a very high bar of quality and reliability while meeting strict deadlines.
Yow will also interact directly with different product managers and field operators who will be using your products.
It is expected that you will develop deep domain knowledge in supply chain so that you are not only meeting building for their requirements but also able to anticipate and solve for their problems proactively.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
Strong coding skills are essential, including knowledge of best practices, clean code principles, and version control systems like Git.
Expertise in various UI technologies - including web and app based development Proficiency in (Android, iOS)
Strong focus on SDLC practices, agile project management
Expertise in the architect/design of scalable UI applications
Experience in hiring and growing teams that take pride in the quality of their work and a passion for solving for their customer's problems.
Ability to use codegen AI tools to generate productivity gains.
