Tech Lead Front End Developer

Tech Lead position – Front End - preferably 15+ years' experience.

· Develop cutting-edge web applications that perform across all platforms.

· Work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams on projects.

· Clearly and concisely communicate highly technical challenges and solutions to project team.

· Maintain high standard of quality as you creatively and strategically problem assist the project team to solve throughout the product delivery process.

· Work with Front-end, building modern web applications/sites, Skills include JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, Node.js HTML5 and CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX

· Experience leading large sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff

· Experience conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions

· Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

· Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

· Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and business-friendly language

· Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
