  • Require to support “AD Services” such as:
    • AD
    • Azure AD
    • PKI
    • ADFS
    • ADConnect
    • SilverFort MFA Token
  • Support AD Team in day to day operations by
    • Attending to and resolving Service Request
    • Attending to and resolving Incidents submitted for processing
    • Performing health check to each systems and performing necessary preventive actions where needed
  • Participating in “AD Services” Changes
    • Submitting change
    • Performing change
    • Performing CTASK’s assigned to AD Team
  • Performing Tech-Refresh of Legacy environment where needed up to ORC of the completed tech refresh
