Tech Lead Data Engineer

Technical Skills required:

 Hands-on experience in Database development, data analysis, building data pipelines, data wrangling and transformation using Snowflake.

 Hands-on experience in building resilient and scalable customer facing data solutions.

 Experience in managing a team with varied data volume, completeness, latency, and data quality.

 Experience of 8 years in Data Warehouse design and development with a minimum of 2+ years in Snowflake + DBT (Data Build Tool).

 Work experience in designing and developing databases, and other cloud integrations using DBT in Snowflake environment.

 Define, design, and implement data pipelines from ingestion to consumption using a varied toolset which include various Cloud Environments and DBT

 Strong proficiency in data modeling, database table design, and writing/reviewing complex SQL queries.

 You will design solutions based off our key partners technology, some of which are: Snowflake, DBT, Python & SQL

written and verbal channels

Behavioral skills preferred:

• Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas / technical design to appropriate audience.

• Hands-on exposure with APIs to build an event driven architecture and deploy solutions using microservices will be desirable.

• Reporting and Visualization skills on tool

Expertise we are looking for:

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) with 4+ years’ experience in the IT industry
