Tech Lead - Conduct And Supervisory

Job Description:

• 8+ years of Backend development efforts using Java, Junit, Multithreading and Spring frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience in Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices, REST APIs and backend Java components.
• 5+ years of experience working with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Technology (PCF, GCP or Azure)
• 3+ years of experience with GitHub, Pull Requests, Jenkins (CI/CD) tools.
• 5+ years of experience with Designing Java components with strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Candidate must be able to collaborate with project managers and product owners to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Candidate must be able to drive the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Good To Have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) for full-stack development.
