Roles & Responsibility
Conduct ongoing system administration for Avature (Career site, CRM, and ATS), including but not limited to change request analysis; configuration (e.g. workflows, offer letters, forms, views, integrations/triggers, and portal administration); testing; process documentation · Provide full-service production support including handling service requests, issue resolution, and issue escalation to leadership · Deliver guidance on data conversion/mapping decisions and migration execution · Support driving the strategy for Avature report development using Lists, Report Builder, and Reporting Dashboards
Requirements
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and producing process and training documentation for recruiting systems · Familiarity with data mapping techniques, user access setup strategies, database reporting development, and strategies · Experience working issues related to recruiting systems and acting as a strategic partner to recruiting clients · Strong attention to detail and methodical testing skills with the ability to take initiative, work overtime, travel as needed, and communicate effectively with management · Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
