We're seeking an experienced Technical Head/Lead to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading the development team, and ensuring seamless DevOps practices.

Requirements:

Technical Head/Lead

- 4-5 years of experience in software development with proven leadership skills
- Strong technical acumen across our stack:
   - Java
   - Spring Boot
   - React JS
   - MSSQL
   - Redis
   - Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

Location: Onsite Hyderabad
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Architect solutions to meet business requirements
- Lead and mentor the development team
- Ensure seamless DevOps practices using Kubernetes and Docker
