Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter PLM software, upgrades, patches, and monitor system performance.
User Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and provide user support.
Data Management: Handle data migration, synchronization, cleansing, and archiving.
Customization & Enhancement: Analyze and optimize business processes, deploy new features, and improve system efficiency.
Integration & Support: Integrate Teamcenter with ERP and CAD tools, provide technical support, and maintain workflows.
Training & Documentation: Develop guidelines, training materials, and conduct user training.
Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Diagnose issues, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Siemens support and IT teams.
Project Support: Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and PLM projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Teamcenter Systems Administrator.
Proficient in Teamcenter Active Workspace, Teamcenter Visualization, and other Teamcenter modules.
Familiar with CAD integrations like Solid Edge & NX.
Knowledge of PLMXML, IPS Data Upload, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Perl).
