Seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our team of analytics professionals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with analytics tools and technologies, while also taking on team responsibilities such as mentoring and guiding team members. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Provide hands-on expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python to support team projects and client needs.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the delivery of analytics projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and data science.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an analytics team.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. Strong knowledge of GCP/SQL/Snowflake services and tools, advanced SQL skills for complex query writing and optimization preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to solve open-ended questions and handle ad-hoc requests. This includes creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This includes a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
