Key Skills and Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization and AI/ML and modeling.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an analytics team.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. Strong knowledge of GCP/SQL/Snowflake services and tools, advanced SQL skills for complex query writing and optimization preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to solve open-ended questions and handle ad-hoc requests. This includes creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This includes a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Must have built from scratch ML models to target various business problems
