Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Web Sales to join our
growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in
website sales / web-based solutions and a strong background in leading and motivating a
team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of web
sales executives, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Web Sales Executives to achieve
individual and team targets.
 Drive sales of websites, web development services, and digital solutions to
potential clients.
 Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, feedback, and regular
performance reviews.
 Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting to ensure sales goals are met
or exceeded.
 Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
 Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
 Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, Support) to ensure
smooth project delivery.
 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:
 4–7 years of proven experience in website sales / web solutions / digital sales.
 At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 Strong understanding of web technologies, design trends, and online business
needs.
 Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
