We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Web Sales to join our
growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in
website sales / web-based solutions and a strong background in leading and motivating a
team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of web
sales executives, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Web Sales Executives to achieve
individual and team targets.
Drive sales of websites, web development services, and digital solutions to
potential clients.
Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, feedback, and regular
performance reviews.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting to ensure sales goals are met
or exceeded.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, Support) to ensure
smooth project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
4–7 years of proven experience in website sales / web solutions / digital sales.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of web technologies, design trends, and online business
needs.
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
