Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with expertise in ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL and a strong understanding of Depository Participant (DP) or Stock Market domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of Depository Participant/Stock Market processes to develop domain-specific applications and solutions.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the software aligns with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Code Review: Maintain high code quality through regular reviews and best practices adherence.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical and domain-specific challenges with efficient and innovative solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for both technical and domain aspects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with frameworks like .NET Core is preferred.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Mandatory experience in Depository Participant (DP) or Stock Market domains.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific requirements.
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.
• Strong mentoring skills to guide team members in technical and domain-related areas.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in finance-related applications.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in software development with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role within the financial or stock market domain
