Team Lead / Lead Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead / Lead Developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, RESTful API development, AWS, and SQL. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Thai and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Architect and maintain scalable RESTful APIs for various business services.
• Ensure proper integration with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Oversee and optimize SQL database design, performance, and queries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and business users to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to maintain coding standards.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
• Expertise in SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication in Thai and good proficiency in English.
