Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Server operations for the Hyderabad site, ensuring optimal performance and accountability for problem identification and escalation.
- Provide technical guidance and consult with vendors and systems support units to resolve complex issues within business committed SLAs.
- Act as the L3 escalation point for end-user computing issues from an engineering perspective.
- Coordinate with core teams for troubleshooting and installation related to antivirus servers, DC, DNS, and DHCP.
- Maintain a good understanding of messaging architecture fundamentals, particularly MS Exchange.
- Administer storage devices (Dell EMC NAS, SAN), backup solutions (Rubrik), virtual environments (VMware), server hardware, RAID configurations, and database clustering (SQL).
- Ensure proper documentation of problems and changes, notifying support groups to prevent production impact.
- Oversee the timely closure of annual budgeting and monthly accruals, defining service level agreements with business partners.
- Coordinate Blackberry/smart device configurations with US/India teams.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ISO 27001/ISO 20000 standards.
- Address Citrix and Azure VDI related issues.
- Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT procurement team to provide inputs related to server platform procurement.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with vendors providing technical and hardware support.
Experience Requirement:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server platform management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows server administration, Citrix, and VMware environments.
- Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting in complex enterprise setups.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery across regions.
- Knowledge of server backup, recovery solutions, RAID configuration, and messaging systems.
- Exposure to IT audits, ISO standards, budgeting, and procurement coordination.
- Skilled in handling escalations and resolving critical incidents within defined SLAs.
Education: Any Graduation
