Must have skills
• 10+ years of experience with Test Data Management process (actual design and development of TDM solutions for data privatization, sub-setting, data creation, provisioning, conditioning, and profiling)
• Experience to setup and administer Delphix engines (continuous data and continuous compliance) and configure LDAP, SSL certificates, password vault.
• Experience to setup and configure Delphix Control Tower
• Experience with upgrading of engines and working with Delphix support when issues arise.
• Experience with handling end of life/end of service H/W, S/W
• Experience with remediation of vulnerabilities of OS/DB
• Experience working on both mainframe and non-mainframe platforms
• Experience working with various TDM tools like Delphix, IBM Optim, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, CA TDM, etc.
• Strong structured and unstructured data skills with demonstrated knowledge of various data types (relational databases both distributed (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL,postgreSQL)
• Should possess good knowledge and hands on experience integrating TDM practices with application DevOps CICD pipelines
• Expert-level knowledge, skills and background with SQL
• Extensive knowledge, skills and background in various development and methodologies – waterfall, agile, scrum, etc.
• Experience and competency with multiple scripting languages like javascript, powershell, vbscript, python, etc.
• Experience with setting up Delphix engines in AWS and Azure
• Experience working with infrastructure teams like Linux/Windows/AIX/Oracle/MSSQL/DB2
• Experience with managing access controls
• Experience with creating custom algorithms
• Experience with creating custom classifiers, profiler sets, working with different JDBC drivers to be used in the masking engine to connect to different data sources.
• Experience with masking files with different formats
• Experience with Delphix API calls which can be used to generate reports from engines and manage them programmatically.
• Experience with creating infrastructure architectural diagrams
• Experience with capacity planning
• Excellent Communication skills
• Self-driven with good leadership skills to own and drive new TDM initiatives
