Tandem QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Tandem QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in testing HP NonStop/Tandem systems. The candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing, TACL scripting, Enscribe, and SQL database validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for Tandem applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Work with TACL scripting, Enscribe, Pathway, and Guardian systems.
• Validate data using SQL queries and perform backend testing.
• Track and report defects using JIRA/ALM or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Tandem QA testing.
• Strong knowledge of HP NonStop/Tandem (Guardian, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/DB).
• Experience in TACL scripting and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payment systems or financial applications.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or Tosca.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
