    • Strong understanding of COBOL, TACL, Guardian procedure calls
    • Strong understanding Pathway, SQL/MP, Tandem Utilities
    • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with 5+ years of working experience on the above skill set
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Able to take the initiative and work independently or in a team.
    • Experience in documenting SOPs to support daily operations.
