Talent Program Manager (Internships & Apprenticeships)

iitjobs are seeking a hands-on Talent Program Manager (Internships & Apprenticeships) to support the centralized buildout and operational delivery of internship and apprenticeship programs. 

Required Skills:-

  • 8–10 years of experience in University Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers Program Management, or Workforce Strategy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Academic Institutions and Internal Stakeholders.
  • Design and manage the end-to-end delivery of internship and apprenticeship programs across regions.
  • Strong Project Management, Program Development skills.
  • Strong understanding of Intern/Apprentice Labor Regulations across multiple countries.
  • Understands regulatory compliance globally around Internships and Apprenticeships
