About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, formally trained Program Manager to lead and centralize global internship, apprenticeship, and trainee programs within a technical operations environment. This role ensures long-term talent development, compliance, and scalable delivery across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and scale early-career programs globally (interns, apprentices, trainees)

Design and standardize intake, onboarding, tracking, and conversion processes

Ensure global legal compliance with worker classification and labor laws

Collaborate with TA, HR, Legal, Ops, and regional teams

Maintain program data in Workday or similar systems; track KPIs

Partner with schools and government agencies for external alignment

Build toolkits, documentation, and enablement materials

Communicate risks, updates, and results to leadership

Operate in ambiguity and build programs from the ground up

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in TA/HR program management (formal PM training required)

Deep knowledge of intern/apprentice labor laws (U.S., EU, APAC)

Experience with HCM systems (Workday preferred)

Strong collaboration and executive communication skills

Ability to manage compliance, systems, and scalable processes globally

Preferred:

Experience in technical/skilled trades hiring

Familiarity with registered apprenticeship frameworks

Background in change management or strategic program design
