Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, partnering with some of India’s most renowned product-based companies. This role emphasizes sourcing expertise and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and select Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify top-tier talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.

Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Develop innovative approaches to attract and engage top talent.

IT Recruitment Expertise:

Specialize in recruiting for IT roles, including software engineering, analytics, DevOps, and related domains.
Handle occasional Non-IT hiring requirements effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 2-8 years in talent acquisition with strong sourcing and recruitment expertise.
Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with IT recruitment for product-based companies is highly desirable.
