Job Description :
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both IT and Non-IT hiring needs within the IT industry. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements. Build effective hiring plans and forecast workforce requirements for various departments.
2. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring the team is meeting recruitment goals and KPIs. Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally. Conduct regular team performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and organize team training to enhance skills.
3. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for both IT and Non-IT roles. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure the right candidates are identified for the right roles. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.
4. Sourcing & Candidate Pool Development: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networks to attract top talent. Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring readiness for high-priority positions. Engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships for long-term hiring needs.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership and hiring managers regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and results. Provide regular reports on recruitment performance, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality. Ensure transparent and effective communication between recruitment team and business leaders.
6. Process Improvement & Best Practices: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Monitor trends in the IT and Non-IT hiring market and incorporate innovative sourcing strategies. Maintain a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the hiring process.
7. Vendor & External Agency Management: Collaborate with third-party recruitment agencies and external vendors when needed to fulfill niche requirements. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.
