Sales Hiring:
Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand and fulfill hiring needs for sales roles.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
Identify and engage candidates with strong sales acumen through multiple sourcing channels, including referrals and networking.
Implement best practices in screening, assessments, and interview coordination for sales roles.
Work with sales managers to define role-specific competencies and ensure candidate alignment.
Monitor and analyze key sales hiring metrics to optimize recruitment processes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Time-to-Fill (TTF): Reduce average hiring time by maintaining a strong pipeline.
2. Quality of Hire: Measure new hire performance and retention rates within the first year.
3. Candidate Engagement Rate: Track interactions and conversions from passive job seekers.
4. Offer Acceptance Rate: Improve acceptance rates by ensuring strong candidate experience and compensation alignment.
5. Source Effectiveness: Evaluate the success rate of different sourcing channels (AI tools, referrals, job portals, etc.).
6. Recruiter Productivity: Assess the efficiency of the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals.
7. Sales Hiring Metrics: Measure impact through revenue contribution and performance of new sales hires.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in networking and building long-term relationships with passive job seekers and previously placed candidates.
Extensive experience in head-hunting and AI-powered recruitment along with traditional methods.
Ability to build a strong pipeline of selects for all organizational roles.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance in recruitment and employment practices.
Flexibility in working hours to collaborate across different time zones and with senior management.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant domain preferred. 8-10 years of proven experience in IT and product recruitment. Demonstrated success in developing and executing hiring strategies for both IT and sales roles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
