👨‍💼 Job Description :
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

📝 Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT hiring.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS. 
Experience in SAP hiring is an advantage.

References would be highly appreciated.
Ahmedabad based candidates are more preferable.
